We have partnered with organisations in the hospitality, human services, publishing, media, legal, manufacturing, IT, sport and financial services sectors, in Australia and overseas.
In addition, our team has a broad range of generalist and specialist psychology expertise supporting individuals, couples and families to bring about meaningful change in their lives.

Lawrence is a psychologist, consultant and mediator. He is passionate about enabling clients to make meaningful change and has worked with numerous individuals, teams and organisations in Australia and internationally.
Lawrence specialises in performance coaching, leadership development and mediation. He also has a particular interest in cross-cultural issues, internet overuse, gaming addiction and enhancing individual effectiveness.
Lawrence is a registered psychologist in NSW and a full member of the Australian Psychological Society. He is an Accredited Mediator and a member of CDAA (Career Development Association of Australia). He is currently serving as a member of the NSW Mental Health Association's mental health promotions reference group.

Val has been a registered psychologist since 1991. She has a background as a Social Worker and a Psychometrist and has worked with a diversity of population groups across a number of fields, including child welfare, care of the aged, mental health, rehabilitation, trauma counselling, outplacement services, performance assessment and medical legal assessment.

Joyce is a psychologist with extensive experience of individual and group counselling of parents and children involved in marital separation and divorce. She is returning to psychology after service as a family lawyer including representing children, victims of domestic violence and parents in children’s care proceedings.
Joyce is able to assist with a range of emotional and behavioural difficulties including relationship problems, life stresses, depression and anxiety, grief and loss, and the resolution of family conflict.
MB, BS, FRANCP, FACRM, FAFRMDr Ronald Field has contributed 50 years to medicine, practicing in general medicine and paediatrics before commencing practice as a psychiatrist in 1974.
A graduate of Sydney University and the Institute of Psychiatry, Ron has worked both here in major teaching hospitals and overseas as well as delivering services to rural and remote clients as an affiliate of the Royal Flying Doctor Service.
Currently a Consultant Psychiatrist in private practice and the Senior Consultant Psychiatrist at the St John of God Hospital Richmond, Ron's main areas of interest are using psycho therapy to treat depression, anxiety, grief and PTSD. He also has expertise in geriatric psychiatry. Ron believes there is 'nothing more amazing than seeing depression go and unshackle people'. Ron is also a consultant to Synergise Associates.
BSc (Psych) (Hons I), MAPSEmily is a registered psychologist with experience providing targeted counselling and a range of assessments to individuals in occupational rehabilitation and private settings. She has experience working with people across a wide range of age groups and cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
Emily was the Research Coordinator founding the "Write to Wellness" Project, which examines the therapeutic benefits of writing for emotional wellbeing. This project was awarded a Mental Health Association grant in 2010 and is supported by a partnership between Lane Cove Council and the College of Professional Psychology. Write to Wellness workshops continue to provide the benefits of this project for the wider community.
Emily is interested in the use of writing and other creative arts in therapeutic settings, and in a range of therapeutic approaches that empower her clients. She is also interested in interventions for young people, particularly in problem use of the internet and computer games.
Emily is the Professional Development Coordinator for the College of Professional Psychology, and the COPP Clinic Coordinator.
